What To Expect

We want you to relax and have peace of mind during your stay!

Advisory:

On Friday June 26, 2020, The Governor of Nevada released that in order for Nevada to stay safe and open, it is mandated to wear a face covering in all public areas. This is in pursuant of the Declaration of Emergency Directive 024 Section 12. With that, face coverings must be worn at all times at the resort for the safety of our guests and employees.

After careful consideration and review of the Phase 2 plan, along with positive feedback from guests and owners, we have reopened our Sand Entry Pool and Lazy River. Both the pool and lazy river will have limited hours and will be running at 50% capacity, per Governors Directive. We are spacing out and blocking off some pool and lazy river lounge chairs so our guests can ensure safe social distancing. The pool bar is closed until further notice from the Governor, but you can still place an order with one of our cocktail servers that will be walking around the pool and lazy river to bring you delicious drinks. The bar seating at 17° South will also remain closed (per the Governor), however you can still order a cold drink while dining in.

Our role to you and our community is to keep everyone safe and healthy. While we continue to follow the CDC as well as our state’s guideline, we’ve imposed additional measures below to keep our commitment towards a safe and healthy vacation.

In alignment with governmental guidelines we are only able to occupy the pool areas at 50% occupancy at this time. Pool admittance will be on a "first come, first served" basis. Wristbands are required to access pool and lazy river.
