A customer satisfaction rating of 4 (out of 5) has earned us a coveted TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2012. The award for hospitality excellence is given only to the most exceptional performers and top ratings earners in TripAdvisor’s global business community. Less than 10 percent of resorts listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
