The sixth season of our signature summer event, the Sunday Luau, is set to begin May 17. Featuring delicious Polynesian cuisine and authentic entertainment from our Hot Lava singers and dancers, the luau is a great show for the entire family. Join us at 7 p.m. every Sunday through Labor Day for three hours of fun in our beautiful Island Courtyard.
This season’s menu comes directly to you from the kitchen of Eddie Lee, our very own Tahiti Village executive chef. For his first luau Eddie is offering a selection of kahlua pork with cabbage, ginger garlic tri-tip with pineapple herb glaze, sticky rice, steamed vegetables, macaroni salad, an island green salad with mango papaya vinaigrette, dinner rolls with whipped butter, assorted desserts and free iced tea and ice water. There will also be a cash bar offering your favorite adult beverages.
