The May 18 summer luau, the first of 2014, drew a large crowd to the Island Courtyard for a night of great food and wonderful entertainment. With nearly 200 tickets sold, it was one of the most successful opening nights in the event’s history. Last night’s menu featured an enticing buffet of kalua pork, grilled boneless breast of chicken with pineapple sauce and a fresh Asian vegetable stir fry with peapods and shrimp in a ponzu reduction. Now in its fifth year, our popular luau is 7 p.m. every Sunday through Labor Day. We hope to see you!
