Whether you're craving
a taste of the islands or just want to spend the evening in our new Island Courtyard, our
weekly luau has everything to soothe and satisfy your inner savage. Join us from
7-10 p.m. every Sunday through Labor Day Weekend and enjoy an evening of great
entertainment and authentic Polynesian cuisine.
You'll be greeted by friendly pool attendants bearing colorful leis, and then dine
on specially-prepared kalua pork, Polynesian chicken, jasmine rice, fruit salad
and coconut cake from a complimentary buffet courtesy of Tahiti Joe's. There is
also free island punch and lemonade, plus a cash bar.
While you're eating, Hot Lava's singers, dancers and specialty acts will thrill,
delight and whisk you away to a tropical paradise right here in the desert. Their
island offerings include a mix of fun Polynesian songs and hula dances with audience
participation. Things really heat up when a master fire dancer hits the stage.
